Yes! We are a mobile spa bus, and we bring the experience directly to your home or the venue of your choice.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before the event.

While we do not offer refunds for cancellations, we offer the opportunity to reschedule your party for another available date within 3 months of the original party date (subject to availability).

The Pink Spa Bus reserves the right to postpone an event due to adverse or dangerous weather conditions.

All treatments are for entertainment and play purposes only and are not performed by licensed professionals.

For the safety of all guests, adults are not permitted inside the spa bus during the party. Parents may enter briefly only when strictly necessary and are welcome to stay nearby throughout the event.

We recommend booking as soon as possible, especially for weekends and holidays.

Yes! We offer bounce houses, chairs, tables, popcorn machines, cotton candy machines, and yard games.

Yes. A parent or legal guardian must complete our liability waiver before participation.

The party start time does not depend on the arrival of all guests. Late arrivals may still participate, but they may not receive all the originally offered services within the allotted time.
